Terms of Use
Last updated: August 6, 2026
These terms govern use of the Wallet platform operated by Tech And Graphics (“we”, “us”). By signing in to the dashboard or calling the client API, you agree to them.
1. The service
Wallet provides an admin dashboard and a client-facing API for initiating and tracking mobile-money collections and related payouts. The platform wraps an upstream payment provider; availability of networks and settlement timing depend on that provider and the mobile operators.
2. Accounts and access
Dashboard access is by invitation only and is restricted to authorized administrators. Client API credentials are issued per integrator and must be kept confidential. You are responsible for activity under your credentials and for revoking them if compromised.
3. Acceptable use
You may use Wallet only for lawful payment collection and settlement. You must not attempt to bypass authentication, abuse rate limits, probe other clients' data, or use the service for fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
4. Payments and funds
Charge amounts, fees, and settlement rules are determined by your commercial arrangement with Tech And Graphics and by the upstream provider. Ledger balances in Wallet reflect platform accounting and may differ temporarily from bank or wallet statements while payments are pending.
5. Availability
We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and upstream outages may affect charges, webhooks, or the dashboard.
6. Intellectual property
The Wallet software, branding, and documentation remain the property of Tech And Graphics and its licensors. You receive a limited right to use the service as provided — not ownership of the platform.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tech And Graphics is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including failed or delayed payments caused by upstream providers or mobile operators. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited as set out in your commercial agreement.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the dashboard or API after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated to administrators where practical.
